Projects, tests and assignments must be made up the week that the student returns to school. If the absence is unexcused then the grades will result in a zero. Any test or assignment that is late ten points will be deducted for each day and eventually not made up will result in a zero. CAMERA AND OTHER TECHNOLOGY USAGE FORM

Students are expected to be responsible for school-owned equipment used in class including: cameras, tripods, batteries, memory cards, camera bags, computers, and software. Cameras are valued at more than $200. Camera repairs start at $100 minimum; these are not minor costs. Computer equipment must also be cared for in a businesslike manner and misuse will not be tolerated. Please Note: - It is the student’s responsibility to alert the teacher of any misuse of the equipment.

This course does have a “check in/check out” procedure for all equipment. Any student who checks out equipment during class needs to make sure the equipment is working properly BEFORE beginning a shoot. Once the equipment is checked out it must be returned in working condition. Otherwise, the equipment failure will be your responsibility.

I understand that my child will be required to pay for lost or damaged equipment if equipment is lost, broken, or damaged while checked out.
