Mr. Allen V. Dulles, DirectorCentral Intelligence AgencyWashington, D. C.
Dear Mr. Dulles,
At the advice of my friend, the honorable Mr. A. Adolph Berle, Jr.,I write to you of a serious matter which requires the immediate andthorough action of your office.
Enclosed you will please find copies of the correspondence exchangedbetween myEelf and His Excellency, The President of the United States, concerning the presence in the Middle East of one Karl Eichmann, formerNazi mass murderer. Indentical letters where sent to the HonorableSecretary of State. In both cases they were referred to the Director,Office of Near East Affairs. Copies of his answer and my reply are alsoenclosed.
I can only surmise from the State Department t s answer that the dangerof this situation has not been fully evaluated. The continued freedomof this arch criminal Eichmann poses a constant serious threat to free-dom loving people everywhere.
I personally negotiated with this man in an attempt to save throughbribery at least 200,000 Jews, the last remnant of our people, afterhe had already destroyed millions of men, women and children. Whenour negotiations fell through, he had the 200,000 liquidated in thegas chambers of Nazi Germany. My secret war—time representative losthis wife and children at the hands of this mass murderer. He can bebrought forth to testify about the doings of the imfamous Karl Eichmann.
My purpose for Eichmenn's apprehension is not only for what he has donein the past but more so for what diabolical deeds may result from hisconsorting with •the Mufti.

Please Mx. Dulles, you must use the influence of your office to bringEichmann'to justice, thereby thwarting his attempts to stir up re-lations in the Middle East.
I feel that Mr. Berle who has already written to you in this matterfully realizes the need for the CIA's intervention in this case.
May I Ilve the honor of your early reply.
