mindful life. Integrating yoga, meditation, and everyday activities, this course is a practical way to develop your personal

yoga and mindfulness practice.

Required book (not included): Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams & Danny Penman (2011). Book available on Amazon for $10.

Course consists of (10) 1-hour weekly group classes with guided individual assigned work in between meeting times. Each meeting time will include discussion and meditation practice.

Suggested value: $100/person for the 10 sessions. This is a donation-based class. Pay the suggested value price or pay what you are able.
