Conclusions• Using this design, the part could be easily filled with a good quality• Filling and warping analysis yield good results.• The cooling system could be improved, because the cooling analysis does not show

very good results.• The cycle time (35s) is acceptable for such a big design• The total cost (4.54€) is quite expensive compared with other plastic parts, but

should be considered the size of this part. The material needed to manufacture this part is high
