Welcome!

• We’re excited to help you find new customers. The guide is designed to give you step-by-step instructions on using Cole Realty Resource in conjunction with Mojosells.com.

• The following pages feature two of the program’s most popular search: the Neighbor Search.

To get started, log in to the Cole

Realty Resource homepage

(www.colerealtyresource.com)

with your username and

password. From here, you’ll start

your search to find new

customers.

You’ll notice there are five ways

to search. We’ll use the

Neighbor Search. Beginning with

a starting point, like a just listed

or just sold home, add in the

required information including

the Street Name and the State.

Choose Confirmed Homeowner

to further narrow your search

and choose the Learn about

Telemarketing Regulations.

You’ll notice there are five ways to search. We’ll use the Neighbor Search for

this example. Beginning with a starting point address, like a just listed or just

sold home, add in the required information including the Street Name and the

State. Be sure to omit words like Street, Circle, Avenue, Boulevard, etc Then

decide what type of list you’d like to create-list of all records, a mailing or

telemarketing list. Note: a telemarketing list requires a Subscription Account

Number (SAN) and only returns numbers OK to call according to the National

Do Not Call registry. To learn more about telemarketing and obtaining a SAN,

go to www.telemarketing.donotcall.gov. Then hit Search.

Neighbor Search

The system will return any

records that match the

information you typed in. If

more than one record is

returned, simply choose the

best option by clicking on the

button to the left of the

individual record. Then scroll

down and choose between a

Street Search, Radius Search

or Map Search buttons.

Let’s say you chose the

Mapping Search option.

Use your mouse to click

on the Freeform Plotting

button at the top left-

hand side of the page.

Using your mouse, plot

at least three points on

the map around the blue

starting point address.

Fee free to click and

drag any of the red

points on the map. Once

you’ve created a desired

shape, click View

Available Prospects.

Exporting

Once you’ve got your list, choose how many records you’d like to export and choose

to Automatically Import Records into Mojo and hit the Download Button. The preview

grid provides a mailable address and phone number, where available, purchase date,

purchase amount, estimated home value and a map link.

Verifying Your Mojo Account

Once you hit Download, a box automatically

pops up to verify your list has been

successfully uploaded into your Mojo

account. At this time, minimize the Cole

Realty Resource screen and maximize your

mojosells.com screen to review and take

action on the list.

Click on Log in to retrieve your list

and start on a calling campaign.

Enter your Pin

and then the

Email and

Password

associated to

the account and

click on the

Login button.

To retrieve your

list, click on My

Data.

The most recent list you downloaded from

Cole Realty Resource should appear in the

preview grid as well as the List section in the

upper left hand corner of the screen. Choose

which group you would like to contact and get

started!
