MY JOB ISNT GIVING ME MY PAY CHECK WTH!! WHAT DO I DO!!?

So i quit this resturant job about a month ago but i still had about 40-50 hourss unpaid they said they would give it to me so i waited and waited but still havent recieved it so i went there personally today and they had shut down and declared bankruptcy without giving me my pay check. How do i get my pay check now So what is the best solution to do about it?
