Whether on land, air, or sea, NEMESIS SATCOM router provides highly efficient, dependable, secure, high throughput two-way transmission of video, voice, and data.
Designed for MobilityLeveraging the Open AMIP protocol and network platform embedded mobility manager feature, NEMESIS SATCOM router is able to interface with ultra-small and phased-array antennas on aircraft as well as three axis stabilized antennas on marine and COTM land based platforms. These features allow for seamless automatic antenna pointing and beam switching functionality.
Flexible and Optimized Service PerformanceNEMESIS supports a wide array of Modulation and Coding (MODCOD) schemes utilizing industry proven DVB-S2 standards in conjunction with S2 extensions and Flexible Adaptive Coding and Modulation (FlexACM) on the forward carrier. On the return path, NEMESIS supports MF-TDMA, SCPC (HRC/S2), and MxTDMA return access technologies empowering users with the flexibility to target the Advanced filtering technology and improved roll-off options (as low as 5%) provide immediate cost savings due to optimum satellite spectrum efficiency. Additionally, incorporated IP traffic enhancement software for TCP acceleration, pre-fetching, and compression.
Enhanced SecurityNEMESIS provides worry-free communications over any trusted or untrusted network. Network traffic is secured via flat layer-2 encrypted (AES 128, 192, 256) tunnels using unique RSA keys and Diffie-Hellman key exchange authentication. NEMESIS method of mandatory, mutual authentication eliminates the possibility of an attacker entering network sessions via identity spoofing or a man-in-the-middle attack.
