KEY CLUB
Letter From Your Editor
Dear Key Club Members,
Thanks to those key club members who participated in the
November Key Club week! I spotted many key club members
donning their key club shirts/hoodies.
The year is going by fast, in a month it will be December.
What does December mean? Our annual holiday party! This is a
time where we congratulate ourselves for all our accomplishments
so far and celebrate the holidays together. Prepare yourselves for
an exciting holiday party this year! Music, food, and entertainment
will be provided so make sure you attend. Spread the word!
What’s a newsletter without articles? Articles-less! Please send
me articles. Write about what you like about Key Club, your
experiences, any life-changing moments, how you feel about key
club, we want to know! A nice paragraph or two is greatly
appreciated. Send your articles to
[email protected]. Don’t
forget to include a picture of
yourself!

That’s a nice chunk of change toward The Eliminate Project. Especially
considering this donation comes from high school students.
Our Key Clubbers and friends, dressed in costumes such as Minnie Mouse,
Zorro or Captain Jack Sparrow, went door to door on Halloween night
trick-or-treating for UNICEF. These are donations collected by children to
benefit children. Great job, Key Clubbers!

Hey New York District Key Clubs!
It's time to start the countdown to the 64th Annual Leadership Training Confer-
ence! This year, LTC will occur on March 30th to April 1st and we're expecting
record numbers of Key Clubbers. Join in on a weekend full of workshops, elec-
tions, dances, a talent show, and tons of opportunities to socialize with Key
Club members from all over the state. Be there to usher in a new service year,
as well as run for higher office or share a vote in determining the new District
Board. LTC is an unforgettable chance to learn, have fun, and most impor-
tantly, celebrate the values of service that we all aspire to!

KEY Clubber of the Month
THIS
COULD
BE
YOU!
What does it mean to be “Key Clubber of the Month”?
We give out this award each month to a particular key club member
who has made the most impact on our club for that month. In order to
get this award you have to attend events, and participate. We want to
see someone who is actively helping and contributing to their
community. But we also want to see someone who is representing
Brooklyn Tech, and most importantly, key club. This member should be
the role model for other members.
