Earwigs Cause PanicDear Editor:

As President and Merchant ofThe Babylon Board of Trade Iwish to call to the attention of theAuthorities that the Earwigs arebecoming so plentiful, that thelocal people are in a panic. I,myself, had a board laying in myyard for 2 days, and there werethousands under it when I pickedit up. People have found them intheir beds. Mothers have foundthem in babies cribs. Mailmenreport finding them in most mail-boxes, whenthey deliver the mail.

The solutions that eliminatethese pests are contained in dif-ferent sprays, no set one is in-dicated*. These sprays arepractically useless, or at bestjust temporary. The villageMosquito Control has no effecton them. Some immediate actionshould be taken to rid our areaof this new pest.
