The professionals of IRR Tulsa | OKC have been actively engaged in commercial property valuation in the State of Oklahoma for over 30 years. The team consists of several senior team members holding the MAI and SRA designations. While our office has experience with all types of real estate, we have specialty practices for unique commercial properties such as Broadcast/Communications Towers and Container Nurseries.
The IRR Tulsa team is led by Senior Managing Director Owen “Chip” Ard, who holds the MAI designation. The IRR OKC team is led by Managing Director Darin Dalbom, who also holds the MAI designation. They are known for their abilities to complete complex and specialty assignments. Together Chip and Darin lead a team of professionals at IRR with diverse talents in all areas of commercial real estate valuation.

Our dedication to superior information technology has led to the development of our state of the art proprietary valuation and property database applications Marketpoint™ and Datapoint®. These cutting edge tools were designed to facilitate a standardized valuation process and expedite the delivery of uniformly consistent reports while maintaining customization capability for our clients on demand.
IRR’s DataPoint® is an enterprise-wide system that incorporates our advanced Customer Relationship Module and Valuation Project Management Module, delivering real-time tracking of assignments. The web-based interface also includes a powerful Comparable Database Module which captures property information; including rental surveys, sale transactions, and income and expense data. Currently, more than 600,000 properties are being tracked in DataPoint®, and more being added with each assignment we complete. DataPoint® interfaces seamlessly with MarketPoint™, a best-practices IRR system for valuation and consulting analytics.
