Introduction
You can use the iSolved Onboarding Wizard to complete your new hire paperwork
electronically.
Before you begin, here are few important things you’ll need in order to complete the
onboarding process:
Social Security number
Address
Tax filing status and allowances
To begin the onboarding process, you will receive an email with a link to an authentication
page where you will set up a password and security challenge question. Note that your
session will expire after 20 minutes of inactivity. Information that you enter will be saved if
you log out and return to complete the process later.
If you need to return to the Onboarding Wizard after authenticating your user credentials, follow
these steps:
1. Go to https://hkp-usa.com.
2. Enter your username (your email address) and the password you created during
authentication. If you forgot your password, click the forgot password link and reset
your password.
3. Click Login.
Here is an example of the welcome email:

Navigation
It’s best to move through the pages in the Onboarding Wizard in order, because information
you enter on earlier pages will appear automatically on later pages so you don’t have to
enter that information twice. For example, if you enter your birth date on the Other
Employee Data page, you will not need to reenter it on the I-9 Info page.
Move through the wizard by clicking the Next button at the top of the page. You can return
to previous pages by clicking Previous. You can also select a page from the menu on the
left side of the Onboarding Wizard to navigate directly to that page.
Required Information
Fields with an asterisk in front of the title are required. You won’t be able to move to the
next page until you enter information in required fields.
Onboarding Wizard
The pages that appear in the Onboarding Wizard will depend on your company’s
requirements. Some of the pages described in this document may not appear when you
complete the Onboarding Wizard. The following pages of this document provide a brief
description for each page along with important things to note when completing the
Onboarding Wizard.
Welcome
The Welcome page will show some basic information about
you, and may include a customized message from your new
employer.
Any documents attached to the Welcome page that have a
Sign Acknowledgment button below them must be
acknowledged before you can complete the onboarding
process. Select the checkbox and click Sign
Acknowledgment to acknowledge reading the document.

Tax Information
The Tax Information wizard determines how much should be withheld for federal, state and
local taxes. State and local tax questions will appear if applicable based on your address and
your work location.
Click Start to begin the Employee Withholding Resource Center wizard.
Note: Complete the tax information wizard before moving to the next page in the
Onboarding Wizard. Use the navigation buttons within the Employee Withholding Resource
Center instead of the Next button at the top of the Tax Information page.
Select Help me determine which withholding forms apply to me and click Continue.
Move through the Employee Withholding Resource Center wizard by clicking the Next button
at the bottom of the page.
You do not need to complete a personal allowances worksheet. If you select Yes, you can
work through the W-4 line by line. If you select No, you can simply select your filing status
and enter the number of allowances you are claiming and any additional amount you will
contribute in taxes.
