Refund Policies •The$50depositisnon-refundable.
•FinalpaymentmustbemadeTHREEWEEKSbeforethesessionbeginsoryoumaybedropped.Norefundofdepositwillbemade.
•Notificationofcancellationmustbeintheformofawrittenletterore-mailandmustbereceivedten(10)workingdayspriortotheopeningofthesessionorthebalance(minusthedeposit)willnotberefunded.norefundwillbegiven.
•Incaseofamedicalemergencycancelation,awrittendoctor’sstatementmustbeprovidedtobeconsideredforfullrefund.
•Ifacamperleavesearlyduetohomesickness,unacceptablebehaviororparentalrequest,norefundwillbemade.
•Ifacampermustleaveearlyduetoillnessorinjury,requestforproratedrefundmustbemadeinwritingten(10)daysafterlastdayofassignedcampsession.
