I. EQUIPMENT GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Abaco Hook Forklift (AHF25) is a forklift attachment, which is designed to support moving stone slabs from one place to another by attaching the lifter equipment to it.
- AHF25 comes with safety chain, which is mounted to hook it to the forklift mast. It is designed to avoid slipping off from the forklift forks.
- AHF25 is made out of steel for sturdiness and durability purposes.- The swivel shackle is designed to help with rotation. It can rotate
oup to 360 .

III. SAFETY INSTRUCTION:
1) General Warnings, Cautions and Notes:a. Before Operations:- Check the Hook Forklift to ensure it is free from any damage or defect (e.g. separation, crack, etc.)- Check the safety chain to ensure it is in good working conditions.Safety chain must hook securely to the forklift mast.- The Swivel Shackle should be carefully inspected for its wear and tear or damage, cotter/snap pins loosening / lost, or nut loosening. If the Shackle shows any sign of damages, it should not be used until it is properly repair by a certified repair personnel or replace a new swivel shackle for safety purposes. - The Swivel Shackle must be installed properly.- The operator has the responsibility to be aware and only operating the equipment under the allowance working load limit. - Use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to protectagainst injury.b. During Operations:- Ensure that the weight of the slab to be lifted is within specified Work Load Limit (see W.L.L at page 1).- The operator has the responsibility to ensure never leave the equipment with the lifted load unattended.- Follow all the steps and instructions in this Operation Manual.- The operator is responsible for following all applicable laws and regulations in your region.- The operator is responsible for ensuring the safety chain must always securely hooked into the forklift mast during operation. c. After Operations:- Clean the equipment thoroughly after use.See Maintenance Instructions section in this manual for more
details.

Step 1: Install the Swivel Shackle into the Hook Forklift (Figure 1.1), and then lock it by the provided pin and snap pin.
Step 2: Install the Hook Forklift to a forklift truck.- Install the Hook Forklift into two forks of the forklift truck (Figure 2.1) - Rotate the crank handle clockwise (Figure 2.2) to tighten the equipment with the two forks of the forklift truck.

Step 3: Hook a safety chain into the forklift mast (Figure 3.1).
- Confirm the two forks of the forklift truck are firmly and securely inserted to the Hook Forklift, and then lock the Hook Forklift into the forklift mast by the provided safety chain (Figure 3.1).

- Install the lifter equipment to the swivel shackle of Hook Forklift, do clamp and move the stone slab (Figure 3.2).

-Step 1: Check out the shackle lubricant.
-Step 2: Lubricate the silver padded layer with hydraulic oil once a week.
Note: It is not recommended to use theswivel shackle for other purposes to avoidany unnecessary damage.
Crank handle is difficult to rotate.
Dust and/or threads are rusted or stripped.
Clean equipment, lubricate or replace new one.

V. & MAINTENANCE:INSPECTION
- Operator is responsible to check the equipment regularly, not limited to check the safety chain and swivel shackle, to ensure the equipment is in good operating conditions.
- Periodically, operator is responsible to schedule equipment maintenance.
- Operator is responsible to ensure all parts are genuine parts from the manufacturer, and they are designed specifically for to be installed to this equipment. - Operator is responsible to ensure all repair installation are
performing appropriately and in safety manner.
- Always keep this equipment clean and away from grease or liquid.
- Store this equipment in a well-ventilated place (dry and cool),
avoid places with high heat and/or humidity.
- Keep maintenance records to ensure safety checks are carried out.

VI. WARRANTY POLICY:
At the time of delivery, it is necessary to inspect the Abaco
Hook Forklift to make sure that it has not been damaged during
shipment. The product at the time of dispatch is warranted to be
free of defects in material or workmanship.
Claims for errors, shortages, defects, or nonconformities
ascertainable upon inspection must be made in writing within eight
business days from the date of product delivery. Claims not made as
provided above and within the applicable time period will be barred
and no other claims will be considered.
We provide a warranty on the one (1) year Abaco Hook Forklift
from the date of purchase.
During warranty period, we will provide the replacement parts
at no charge (Please note: shipping and handling fees may apply).
Warranty coverage is void if:
- The operator failed to comply with the instructions in the
manual.
- The specifications are not followed.
- Damage is due to inadequate maintenance and inspections.
- Damage is due to improper storage and/or usage.
- Modification and repairs made to the equipment were
performed by the user/operator without the manufacture's
knowledge and agreement.
- Aftermarket or none genuine spare parts were used for repair
installation.
- Modification and repair installations were conducted by
uncertified individual.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
You are kindly requested to read the following carefully.
PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.
WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence from the content of this manual.
In an event the equipment failed to operate and/or required technical support, operator/user is responsible for reaching out to our Customer Support Department. One of our team member will inform you (operator/user) of the appropriate procedures on how to file warranty claim and advise you to your nearest approved service center.
EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect specs.
