Who Can Be Served?
• Projects may serve survivors of human trafficking as defined by The Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000
• Person subjected to trafficking in person:― Sex trafficking― Labor trafficking
• Eligible Participants: ― U.S. citizens― Lawful permanent residents, adults and minors.
Persons who are defined as homeless under paragraph (4) of the homeless definition at 24 CFR 578.3 and are victims of human trafficking are eligible.
