• Communication through our channels must be strengthened in this area and presented to Team Water and Clean Water Norway.

• Internal knowledge of this sector needs to be improved through attending seminars and workshops held by the Water Research Commission.

Opportunities Threats

• Establish closer co-operation with the Water Research Commission and private industries in South Africa.

• Establish closer co-operation with Clean Water Norway and Team Water and strengthen our reputation.

• Invite Norwegian companies to attend study visits in South Africa.

• Invite industry specialists from South Africa to attend study visits in Norway.

• Encourage JVs and partnerships to Norwegian companies.

• Norwegian SMEs enter the market without making use of INs services = loss in revenue.
