Structure
Gives a vertical structure to the school allowing students to meet, mix, and cooperate with older or younger students outside their assigned grade level

Four Houses– House names and colors to be chosen by members of the house– Students and staff randomly placed in houses
Centered on academics, behavior, sports events, and other special activities
