CURRENT PROBLEMS/JUSTIFICATIONS

1) Channel head is leaking - Sparger is on. Suggest to replace gasket. Only can be done during shutdown.

1) Rectify defect at gasket seat. Defect from last TA.

Refit ballast tray m/way #1,2 and 3 and retigthen tray clampswhere accessable, replace missing bolt & nuts for alltrays(bolts tightening inspection BY PFK;ENG,OPR)

Remove suction strainer of pump P-15-01A/B and full opensuction line drain valve
