Our Learning Experiences

This week we continued examining nursery rhymes with various activities such as painting a Clock Box, cutting out cheese snacks with cookie cutters, and sharing various mice books. The children also enjoyed decorating another large empty box that provided ample opportunity to utilize some markers and their imagination. In fact one of the children commented how the box was their garage! The remainder of our week was filled with playing outside, exploring the rice table, sharing big books, sharing rice shakers, and stacking wooden blocks and pop beads.

Standard: Children demonstrate the ability to convey ideas and emotions
