MATERIALS

PROCESS

1. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them in half and blot dry the cut surface.

2. Decide on the shape you would like to create and sketch a few lines with a pencil or marker on the cut side of a potato.

3. Cut out the design with the knife. Note: always cut in the opposite direction of your hand to avoid injury.

4. Use the paper towel to remove as much excess liquid as possible from the cut surface.

5. Stamp your craft paper or gift tags.
