Worked on mainly two types of suspensions ( McPherson column strut, multilink). Leading the team of 2 engineers, guiding them on modeling and integration(connection like

Ball joints, Suspension bushes (Cbush), Weld connections(Cweld),Bolt connections (Cbeam\Cbar) Rbe3,Rbe2.

Modal analysis.

2. Power Train model build and integration/modal analysis:

Leading the team of 4-6 engineers, guiding them on modeling and integration (connection like CV joints, Mount bushes (Cbush), Weld connections(Cweld),Bolt connections (Cbeam\Cbar) Rbe3,Rbe2.

3. Steering systems model build and integration/modal analysis:

worked on reverse engineering project to fit the body parts using Hyper morph and general designing methods.

we have to develop vehicle by combining different vehicles (converting hatchbacks to sedans or combining different SUVs for design modification ) basically morph the vehicle parts for compatibility and by adjusting the stiffener parts, study and improve modal frequencies.
