Program Description
This program offers an invitation to thoroughly explorethe time-honored practices that promote harmony inyourInner-Trinity(body,Qi,andspirit)andinyourOuter-Trinity(family,community,andenvironment).
Instructionisofferedinanimmersivesetting.Duringfourintensivetrainings,wedelveeverdeeperintothetheoriesand practices of these ancient lineage teachings. It isthrough our own cultivation practices that we learn toturn knowledge into the wisdom of our own dailyexperience.
In the Daoist tradition, an essential component of allinternal cultivation practices is community. Being in thecompany of like heart-minds offers tremendous supporton our life journey. After the initial 4 trainings of theJingDao program, we will continue to offer variousadvanced topic retreats in order to supportourgrowingcommunity of cultivation practitioners. As we walktogether on theDaoist path, we grow as a family, withstudents building lasting friendships as Qi brothers andsisters.

Together we explore the age-old wisdom of thetraditionalChinesearts–movement,healing,calligraphy,Qin music, FengShui and Chinese cosmology andastrology – and integrate it into our daily lives. Bydevelopinganunderstandingoftherelationshipsamongtheclassics,self-cultivationpracticesandawayoflife,wecreateaglobalnetworkofharmoniouscommunities.
