The learner will be trained in all fundamental aspects of project control, such as the project processes, document controls, the procurement process, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control and monitoring, commissioning and handover.

The training can improve build performance – quality, cost and delivery and will lead to a direct impact on site management throughout.
