What is EDS? Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) are a group of connective tissue gene disorders that produce complex problems across multiple systems of the body. There are no cures. Connective tissue is the glue that holds the body together and gives structure. 100% Funds go to:
• Awareness events in NH • Educating healthcare providers, schools,
insurance companies and the community • Assessing the need for improved & consistent
pre-sport screening • EDS Support Group materials (books,
brochures & other literature) • Scholarships to attend the Ehlers-Danlos
Society’s Global Learning Conference
Mission Statement: We are a volunteer operated nonprofit organization formed to create awareness and educate our communities about EDS so that those affected may have earlier recognition and better care. We will be a resource and provide support to people living with EDS, their families, friends, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Vision Statement: Earlier recognition and better quality of life for people in New Hampshire living with EDS.
