Razoo Basics

• Designate a point person to lead the campaign
• Determine a focus for your campaign
• Set a goal – dollars and donors
• Determine your communications channels
• Consider an offline event on April 5
• Recruit Free Agent Fundraisers
• Secure matching grants
• Develop a thank you strategy and continue donor engagement

Under Advanced Options, you have the option to customize your donor and dollar count in the edit tab, under advanced.

Send updates to your donors from your Razoo page in the Updates tab.

• What is a free agent fundraiser?• A champion for your organization who agrees to raise money
for your cause on Spring2ACTion – April 5
• Who can be a free agent fundraiser?• Board members, volunteers, donors, staff, etc.
• Why do you want free agent fundraisers?• Extend your reach by using their networks• Compete on separate leaderboard and add to your total # of
donors and $ raised
• How do I register my free agent fundraiser?• No registration needed for new FAFs – just be sure their page
is created by March 30 to be included in the FAF leaderboard

Step 4: Past Free Agent Fundraisers
• March 1 - Razoo will send an email to all past participating nonprofits with a list of past FAFs and the links/urls to 2016 pages. Nonprofits must reply to that email and indicate which free agent fundraisers will be returning.
• March 27 – Razoo will send reminder email to nonprofits
• March 30 – Last day for nonprofits to email Razoo about past FAFs
