Customer Satisfaction
One and Done at Trinity Quay
Ray Paisey, the Integral on site building fabric partner at RBS Bristol Trinity Quay, received a great pat on the back and ovation from the building manager Rob Reeve.
Rob wrote ‘’ Ray has displayed an excellent approach to alternative methods and cost saving for RBS
Work was to pull down the notice boards and frames from the pillars and put in white boards to create huddle areas, this would be a task and could be expensive depending on the damage done taking the
frames down, Ray suggested leaving the frame, taking down the board and putting in a white sticky back piece of plastic which will also work as a white board, these could be bought from Gardiners - saved time and money.
This is exactly the approach we should expect to see.
Thanks’’Kind Regards
Rob Reeve

Supporting The Rainbow Centre School
Integral are supporting the Rainbow School in Urubamba Peru by helping them with a supply of wheelchairs that allow the children to play and learn.
The work put into this project is managed by Mrs Glastonbury and she ensures that wheelchairs that are no longer used in the UK, are refurbished, polished up and then transported to this remote region in Peru. The travel itself is an extraordinary test of logistics. The latest batch of wheelchairs went from Bristol to Rio de Janeiro by air, then they joined the South American Classic Car Rally in a support vehicle before arriving in Urubamba. The picture you see is of a little girl called Marina and she just could not manage to get around without this chair, so, it’s a life changer and something we are proud to be associated with.

Sad News – Steve Lockley Sorely Missed Earlier this year, we at Integral, lost one of the key staff on our RBS contract, when Steve Lockley sadly passed away.
For those that didn’t know Steve, he worked for Integral in the West Midlands region as our key Building Fabric supervisor. Managing and supervising large projects and small works alike, Steve was always keen to do the best he could for both the client and his employers.
Steve TUPEd into Integral with the 2008 contract award and immediately became an important and valuable resource for us, with his experience and knowledge of the RBS portfolio.
Steve was 55 and leaves his wife Sue and 3 children, we have offered our condolences to the family and would also very much like to add our appreciation to all of the RBS team that attended Steve’s funeral. He will indeed be sorely missed.

Free Electricity For Fishponds
Integral have been working with Mark Jackson of RBS Contract Management for several years, trying to get the go ahead to have solar energy panels installed in RBS properties. The fruits of that labour were finally seen when we switched on the lights at Nat West Fishponds in Bristol, and the meter didn’t budge. So, working with Brian Dube of Prop-erty Technical Services and the Photo Voltaic suppliers Snrgy, we have now successfully installed 11Kilowatts of super green, free, electricity. With even larger solar PV projects also up and coming, its hoped that this could a major contributor to the RBS green revolution.
Integral have committed to working
closely with RBS in seeking
ways to enhance the current Net
Promoter Scores.
Suggestions around how we can
help with taking further ownership
of works in a proactive manner,
providing ‘’points of presence’’
where it really counts and thereby
giving the branch staff more time
and availability to work with the
RBS customer, and hopefully drive
up the perception scores of that
customer.
Also, innovations around how
the building fabric, and therefore
appearance, of how building fabric
is dealt with and maintained, again
leading to an improvement in the
all-important first impression of the
customer.
Net PromoterScores
Now, we have taken a step further and taken our approved persons process onwards and
upwards. This has meant that, now, not only do we have a dedicated AP for every building, we
also have a ‘’reserve’’ in place on the subs bench for each critical site.As a result, when a recent power down was due to take place at Bristols Trinity Quay office, the
on site supervisor and site AP was not available. But this did not stop these critical works taking
place as we had the backstop AP (Tony Torrington) available, took him from his normal work-
ing place at a nearby shopping Centre and he managed the powerdown, along with RBS’ Phil
Beed. Phil, then took the time to write a note of ovation to Integral, praising Tonys actions and
thanking him for his efforts in this successful operation.
Following the works, not only did Integral receive praise from the area property manager Sandie
Mitchell and the branch staff, but Councillor Andrew Hampton, the towns mayor, also spoke to Paul
and passed on his thanks for the great work done and appreciation of the aesthetic improvement this
had had on the High Street of his town.
shared AP successIntegral have been leading the way in the introduction and man-agement of critical sites and their associated portfolio of criti-cal assets. Starting with the introduction of a dedicated critical maintenance team headed up by Andrew Dutton, through to the development of the Building Services masterclasses and the formats for the Emergency operating procedures and planning processes, Integral have led the way.
nat west wimborne – even the mayor likes itIntegral completed a major branch re-
furbishment at the Nat West Branch
in Wimborne, Dorset. Extensive ex-
ternal redecorations and building
works were managed by Integrals Mark Brinson and Supervised by
the area Building Fabric supervisor Paul Bodenham.
Sharon/Integral Helpdesk Big thanks to Sharon for her help with Woking 1 Crown Sq and the fire alarm saga. She was incredibly helpful in getting information for Integral Fire for Sandie Mitchell/APM so it could be fed back to the Landlords concerning the actions their engineers were taking with the fire alarm on site.
Thanks Rebecca Kirk
Dear both. Fantastic response from the guys, particular Paul Bodenham and Brendon last night at SalisburyThey were on site well into the small hours to enable the branch to open today as Rainbow were not able to attend until midday today.
Paul’s words to me were “I have never had a closed branch and I am not going to have one now” Thanks to all - really great response - much appreciated
Kind regards
Sandie Mitchell Area Property Manager South Retail

Please pass on my thanks to Alan - he does a great job every time,
Thanks Catriona Kerr
I would like to show my appreciation by way of email for work carried out by a company called Integral. The young man, who I know as Chris Baldry, went out of his way to help, he was very friendly and willing to help. He even went and bought a special tool which enabled him to prove that we have our own water supply to the property.I just wanted to say thank you for great service.
Kind regardsLouise Harper314 Wimborne rdBournemouth.
Dear Sandie, I write further to the notification of yesterday regarding the potential risk of falling masonry from the roof of the above premises. GVA then advised the landlord of the risk, the landlord spent yesterday afternoon attempting to put in place emergency attendance, with the appropriate access equipment, to enable them to make the roof safe. After receiving an email from the landlord this morning, he advised that he was struggling to arrange immediate attendance from his contractors. Craig Ellam and Integral, with the landlord’s cooperation, then became involved at approximately 9.30am. By 10.30 am they had or-ganised a cherry picker and contractor to attend site at 2.00pm this afternoon, and had also made arrangements for the police to be in attendance as the road is one way and will need to be closed for the duration of the works. I would be grateful if you could pass on our gratitude to Craig and Integral for making the arrangements at such short notice. I am not sure how they achieved it in such a short space of time, but, this is an extremely positive outcome for RBS, and the fast and efficient response from Integral is certainly commendable, at the very least. Many thanks Sandie, and kind regards,Saira
