BASIC BUN
Ingredients
Group 1

Group 21 noEgg20gmMargarine250gm Water/Freshcream milk
Method
1. Mix group 1 ingredients and slowly add in water + egg. 2. Mix well by hand. Knead the mixture until it becomes the dough. 3. Add margarine and knead again until dough becomes ready for the next step. 4. Cut dough into small portions of 20-30 gm, put the filling and shape it into ball shape.5. Put in the dough into dough proofer machine until its ready to put into the oven. 6. Bake evenly at 200c for about 15-25 minutes.
DANISH PASTRY/ CROISSANT
Ingredients
500gmFlour50gmCastor sugar50gm Yeast200gm Water10gm Bread Improver10gmSalt20gmMargarine200gmPastry Margarine
Methods
1. Mix all the ingredients accept the margarine. 2. Knead the dough. 3. Add in margarine. 4. Knead the dough into square shape and add in the pastry margarine into 2/3 of the dough. 5. Fold and roll the dough. 6. Repeat the folding process.
PUFF PASTRY

Methods

CARROT CAKE
Ingredients
200gmMargarine200gmFlour200gmCastor sugar250gmGrated carrot3 noEggs1tbsBaking powder1tbsVanilla EssencePinch of salt
Method
1. Beat margarine, sugar, vanilla essence until creamy and fluffy.2. Add egg one by one. Add in flour, salt and baking powder and mix it well. 3. Pour the butter into a greasy baking tray.4. Bake at 190c for appx. 40 minutes.
MARBLE CAKE
Ingredients
240gmFlour/rising flour220gmCastor sugar240gmMargarine4 noEggs10gmOvellete30gmFresh milk or waterEssence VanillaBaking powderColors (Red)
Method
1. Beat the margarine and castor sugar together.2. Add in essence vanilla and ovellete.3. Add in the egg one by one alternately with flour and baking powder.4. Mix well.5. Divide the mixture into 2 parts (with red color and without color).6. Pour the butter into a greasy baking tray.7. Bake at 200c for appx. 45 minutes.
CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Ingredients
Group 1
1 cupEvaporated milk (susu cair)1 cupMelted butter1 cupHot water2 cupsBrown sugar
Group 2
2 noEggsEssence vanilla
Group 3
2 cupsFlour1 cupCoco powder1 small teaspoon baking powder1 small teaspoonBicarbonate soda
Methods
1. Reheat the oven with 175c.2. Mix well the group A.3. Add in group 2 and mix well.4. Add in group 3 and mix well.5. Place with the baking paper in the tray.6. Bake with 35-45 minutes.
CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Ingredients
250gmButter (melt it)300gm Chocolate (melt it)300gmSugar200gmFlour2 noEggsChocolate chips + walnut
Method
1. Melt butter + chocolate together. 2. Add sugar.3. Mix with flour and egg interchangeably.4. Put in the baking pan and add chocolate chips before put in the oven.5. Bake at 180c for 30-45 minutes.
