UniScan ™ - portable ground station for high-resolution Earth observation satellitesUniScan™ ground station is designed in two options (UniScan™-24 and UniScan™-36) to receive information from the Earth observation satellites with data stream rates up to 124 Mbps in one channel (160 Mbps in near future) including such satellites as Terra, Aqua, Monitor-E, IRS-1C/1D, IRS-P5, IRS-P6, SPOT 2, SPOT 4, EROS A, EROS B, RADARSAT-1, etc.
UniScan™ is designed as a personal or mobile station. It means that:• the station weight and dimensions do not require building a special foundation or shelter,• the station is based on a standard PC platform,• a user can control the station himself.
This makes the station affordable to any user – including an individual – due
to low installation and usage cost.

Moscow and Irkutsk ground stations for receiving Landsat 5 TM data in Mid-Decadal Global Land Survey (MDGLS) Project, managed by NASA and the USGS
ScanEX has become a participant of the International Mid-Decadal Global Land Survey (MDGLS) Project, managed by NASA and the USGS. The program objective is updating of the global Earth map of land cover, land use change to support the assessment of the climate change impacts and of human activities on the planet. An international network of stations will be executing a coordinated data reception campaign from the LANDSAT-5 TM sensor supporting the MDGLS program through December 2007.
