Tips we learnt from developing Apps:

• Specify your audience
• Carry out extensive testing and user testing
• Be prepared to change your concept
• Think carefully about the required features
• Think about the design
• Think multi-platform
• Always remember the user is in control

• Always have client meetings
• Advice client about mobile strategy: Strongly/A little
• Create storyboard & mock-ups/wireframes in collaboration with client
• Get approval for design and features (avoid multiple correction rounds)
