1 - Healthy city finances stand before any other goal. Our city has done well so far but wemust maintain the effort. Always mindful that we are dealing the hard earned assets of theitizens and they deserve our best effort.
2 - Roads, stormwater management and infrastructure in general must remain a priority andwe need to look for opportunities to improve the already substantial advances we'vechieved
3 - I want to see us make a stronger effort to improve our image. I recently introduced an

ordinance regulating the proliferation of donation dumpsters in the city. We also need to do better job of enforcing sign and litter regulations.
Whether for past accomplishments or future goals, why should voters elect you? have a genuine interest in preserving a city with clean, safe neighborhoods, good roads, ecreational and cultural opportunities and a responsive government. Due to careful
management of reduced resources, our community has made it through the depths of theurrent recession without substantial negative effects. We must continue to spend wiselynd manage our city infrastructure in a responsible way.
