• Stress the focus on quality

• Apologize for the inconvenience

• Make financial or other amends

• Express thanks for the business relationship

True Confessions

• I’m a screw up survivor!

– Scare the callers

– Upset the dispatcher

• My job: check up on 368 phone users – Acknowledge the problem
