SCORAD is a clinical tool to standardize clinical evaluation of atopic dermatitis patients

Advisible to draw lesion spread directly on the evaluation sheet and then perform the calculation

The two most representative items concerning the quality of life of patients (during the 3 previous days) are; • Pruritus • Sleep loss The patient and/or parents expresses the intensity of pruritus and sleep loss using a visuel analog scale graded between 0 and 10
