Ben Gibson
Ben Gibson is Director of the DFFB – GermanAcademy for Television and Film Berlin. Before hewas Director of the London Film School. From thelate 1980ies to 2001 he worked as anindependent producer on numerous feature andshort films and as Head of Production at theBritish Film Institute (BFI). He also openedLondon’s Metro Cinema and has been a theatredirector, a film programmer and a film critic andjournalist.
Sofie PalageSofie Palage is a producer at Warner Bros. inStockholm, where she develops and produces series;currently two seasons of the romantic drama Love Meby writer/director Josephine Bornebusch. She startedas a freelancer in production management for film andtelevision in 2008 and has since worked withproductions ranging from crime series to art housefeatures. She started her own company, Primodrom, in2011, which she ran until she joined Warner in 2018.Sofie is participating in the 2019 EAVE ProducersWorkshop.
Ira TondowskiIra Tondowski holds a Bachelor‘s degree in NewGerman Literature from HU Berlin and went on tostudy scriptwriting at Filmakademie BadenWürttemberg Ludwigsburg. In 2011 she founded thesuccessful production company Tondowski Films asa Creative Producer together with Alex Tondowski.She works on fictional and documentary films asproducer, director and scriptwriter.
