Design a self-stopping up counter, one that stops counting when the output state is 610 . (Note that it is not entirely correct to refer to this as a MOD-7 counter because it must be manually reset.)

What Does it Do?Is the circuit below an up- or a down-counter? Determine the output sequence of this counter by assuming a brief pulse on the Manual Reset at the start. What is this counter’s modulus? (Ignore any “glitch” states that might exist.)
