I n 1978, determined to expand our service

and customer base, Henningsen constructed

a production and distribution warehouse

facility to serve as a consolidation and

distribution point for processed potatoes

shipped throughout North America. Due

to high volumes and new distribution

requirements, this facility has expanded

four times since it was first built. It

currently stands as Henningsen's largest at

more than 12 million cubic feet of space.

Our Twin Falls facility is a working

model of our ability to satisfy individual

customer needs.

O ur Grand Forks facility, located in the

Red River Valley of North Dakota, was

constructed in 1999 utilizing the latest in

cold storage state-of-the-art technology. At

present, this facility services the production

and distribution needs of one of the largest

potato processing companies in the world.

Grand Forks is an ideal location for those

with cold storage and logistics needs. It is

a central distribution point for cold storage

products throughout all of the major

markets of the United States and Canada.

This facility has several special features,

including: efficiently designed truck and

rail docks, a rapid unitized unloading

system, and steel racking for maximum

handling efficiency and product protection.

B uilt in the Spring of 1993, our Stilwell,

Oklahoma site was developed as an

opportunity to expand both our

geographic and customer bases.

Seeing an opportunity to service the

mid-south region of the United States,

our Stilwell location has been constructed

as a natural place to warehouse goods

being shipped from east to west, north to

south. Almost 3.5 million cubic feet of

storage room is available at Stilwell. At this

location we offer a variety of services and

can handle a wide assortment of different

products, including frozen desserts, fruits,

meats and poultry. Additionally, room for

expansion in the future will accommodate

our growing list of local, regional, national,

and international customers.

S ince 1973, Henningsen Cold Storage Co. has

he construction of our Richland,

Washington facility came about in 1982

after earlier successes in Oregon and Idaho.

The facility itself is unique in that it provides

direct access to two of the nation's largest

railroads. The original design of the facility

was to support the warehousing and

distribution needs of processed potatoes

grown in the eastern Washington Columbia

Basin area. We expanded our Richland

warehouse to over four million cubic feet

in 1985, and have since that time added

blast freezing capabilities to the list of

services provided.

A growing number of customers from

around the Tri-Cities area of Washington

state now use our Richland facility for their

various cold storage needs.

combination of size and range of services

and distribution. In a move to strengthen

our position as a leading third-party

logistics provider we are pleased to offer

our newest cold storage operation in Kent,

Washington, a suburb of Seattle.

Strategically located near I-5, between

Seattle and Tacoma, the Kent facility offers

both frozen and refrigerated storage space

and services for local, regional, national

and international customers. The fully-

racked facility has 14 truck doors with a

refrigerated loading/unloading dock.

Our expansion gives us the opportunity to

work closer with some of our current

customers and help grow the core aspects

of our business, providing third-party

logistics, transportation, and temperature

controlled warehousing services.
