What is a semiconductor laser?
A semiconductor laser is a light-emitting device that can generate carriers by injecting carriers into a PN junction of a semiconductor by an electric current. Lasers generated by semiconductor lasers have characteristics of good monochromaticity and good directivity, and therefore are used in many fields.
The color and intensity of light are very important criteria.

As shown in FIG. 6, the visual focus position of the semiconductor laser is different between the direction perpendicular to the joint portion and the horizontal direction, and the distance between the two focal points is called astigmatism difference, and the astigmatic difference is large, in order to converge.
