• Increase knowledge transfer activity of health-related researchers
• Build long-term partnerships with Industry
• Strong links with:
• Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Medilink networks, NHS research networks, KTNs
• Work closely with:
• Commercial and Knowledge Exchange teams across the University (SEG, SSG, KTA, R&IS and Fusion IP)
• Providing a responsive access point into the university
• Identifying expertise, skills and facilities which are relevant to a company’s needs
• Facilitating introductions and initial meetings
• Identifying sources of collaborative grant funding and coordinating applications
• Ongoing project management and relationship management support
