With reference to the letter No. 261/ASJ dated 11.10.2012 in Sessions Case No. 05/2012 F.I.R No. 03/2011 of Levies Thana, you were directed to open two (2) separate Saving Joint Accounts in the name of minor legal heirs of deceased Zahir Khan and Khairo Jan and deposit the Diyat amount in those two accounts but after the passage of about five (5) months, no compliance report has been reported by you in respect of opening two (2) accounts in the name of minor legal heirs of deceased Zahir Khan and Khairo Jan and the Diyat amount has not been deposited in their accounts which is sheer violation of the order of this Court. You are called upon to explain that why legal action is not taken against you for noncompliance of Court order. The date of hearing is 12.03.2013.
