SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE
Simple present tense shows an activity that repeat several time as a habit and show the fact.Formula: S+V+C
Ex: I go to school every day. Do I go to school every day? Don’t I go to school every day? I don’t go to school every day. Note: simple present tense has two
auxiliary verbs /Do ̦Does/ if we use two auxiliary verbs in the sentence the verb form changes to the first form.
Rules of adding/ ing / Verb ending in a single/e/drop e and add/ing/.
Like: Make=Making Verb ending in/ ie /change/ ie /into/y/and add /ing/.
Like: Die=Dying One syllable verbs ending in a consonant following a vowel double the last consonant before ending.
Like: Swim=Swimming
