SummaryI am Mr. Isukapalli SIVA RAMA KRISHNA, an astute professional with 15 years of
experience in Research and Development. I am a NABET/QCI accredited “A” Category
“Ecology and Biodiversity” (EB) Expert and specialist in environmental field. I am well

I BIODIVERSITY INVENTORY & RESEARCH :
1) All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory and monitoring:
1. All Taxa Biodiversity inventory (ATBI) surveys (Species wise Seasonality and
habitat occurrence) in Nallamala forest.
2. Digital Photo documentation of faunal & floral wealth.
3. Prepared Species level exhaustive check list of fauna & flora.
4. Discovered three new species and hundreds of new reports from Andhra Pradesh.
5. Established Natural History Museum for faunal species at Srisailam.
Faunal inventory:
Over 50 species of mammals, 200 species of birds, 54 species of reptiles, 18 amphibians,
55 fishes, 89 species of butterflies, 57 species of moths, 45 species of coleopteran, 30
species of Odonata and numerous other forms of insects are inventorised in the area and
prepared checklist and discovered 10 Herpatofauna, 18 mantids, 12 arachnidsas new
reports to Andhra Pradesh. Three new species of Arachnids discovered in this tiger
reserve as a team member are:
Whip scorpion (Phrynichus andhraensis sp. nov.),
Tarantula spider (Poecilotheria nallamalaiensis sp. nov.)
Tommy spider (Tmarus srisailamensis sp. nov.).

Evolved Tiger monitoring methodology.
Organized several Motivation and Trainings to the field staff.
Maintained Tiger monitoring registers at beat / Range / Division level.
Preserved Tiger pugmarks for further analysis.

3. Repatriation of Indian Star Tortoises ( Geochelone elegans ) :
Studied food preferences of Tortoises and identified 30 food plants.
