Any organization can participate in the survey process. 1
Organizations may only submit one response from the country in which they
are headquartered to be considered eligible for the Aon Hewitt Top Companies for
Leaders list.
2
Subsidiaries are eligible for the list if they are publically traded, separate from
their parent company.
– Subsidiaries of non-publically traded parent companies are eligible if they
have a separate Board of Directors.
3
Private companies must have a Board of Directors and be willing to submit
selected financial information to be considered for the final list.
4
Subsidiary companies that are not publically traded in the local market will be
considered for selection for Top MNCs for Leaders in Australia and New Zealand,
India and Southeast Asia.
