2008 Our situation at the end of the business year 2007/08:

SMB sold a total of more than 17,000 machines world-wide

SMB is supplying more than 1,100 machines every year

Leading the world's toughest marketLeading the world's toughest market

In the USA, SMB is established as market leader in the news-paper industry. 29 of the "top 30" newspapers there work with

SMB technology. On the world's toughest market place, this can

hardly be a mere coincidence.

However, in the US our machines are

labelled as "Dynaric".

"It's a Dynaric" in the US is synonymous for

 maximum production speed,

 maximum availability, minimum maintenance costs,

longest product life, and lowest costs over the entire machine

life cycle.

Facts that set standardsFacts that set standards

 Maintenance requirements:

Under normal operating conditions, the first maintenance routine atthe SMB sealing head is required after

2,000,000 strap cycles (standard machines) or

3,000,000 strap cycles (fully automatic machines) ‏

 Machine life cycle:

In the US – probably the world's toughest market – many SMB

machines are still operating, altough they have run for

more than 35,000,000 strap cycles

- and they are still working faultlessly.
