Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is a nonprofit public health institute that builds healthier communities

through partnerships with government, foundations, businesses and other community-based organizations. If fulfills its

PHMC’s long-standing programming in the areas of early childhood education and school-age child care includes

Out-of-School-Time and ChildLink. Effective July 1, PHMC will bolster and significantly expand these efforts through

operation of the Southeast Regional Key.
