How to get an event approved financially.
• Who? Contact the SGA VP of Finance.• How? Will be approved only if in class budget
range. Be specific. Collect all detailed forms / contracts.
• When? All requests and forms must be submitted 2-3 weeks in advance before the event.
• Remember: It takes 2-3 weeks to cut a check.
How to register an event.
