ComplaintsPolicy

InformalComplaintProcedure–TNSSrecognizesthatmanyconcernswillberaisedinformallybut will still need to be dealt with quickly. However, if concerns cannot be satisfactorilyresolvedinformallythentheformalcomplaintsprocedureshouldbefollowed

FormalComplaintProcedureStage1–Studentsshould formallystate theircomplaintsviacomplaintsforms(availableonTNSSwebsite),viaemail([email protected])orletter(addressedtoTheRegistrar)

Thecomplaintshouldcontainnameofcomplainant,date,andcontactdetails,summaryofcomplaints,supportingdocumentsanddesiredoutcome.

Aresponsewillbesentwithin15workingdaysbearingeitheraconclusionorafurtherupdatedependingontheseverityofthecomplaint.

Formal Complaint Procedure Stage 2 – If response received is unsatisfactory, themattershouldbeescalatedtotheMD/CEOTNSSwhowillrespondwithin10workingdays.

Deferral/CancellationPolicy

StudentsarepermittedtodefercoursesONLYiftherequestispresentedinwritingwithintwoweeksofregistration/attendance.

No student will be permitted to defer/cancel classes after two weeks ofregistration/attendance.

Deferralofcoursesislimitedtoonedietonlyandadeferral/cancellationfeewillbedeductedfromthedepositpaid.

PaymentTerms

PaymentstoTNSScanbemadeviadirecttransfers(internetaccessalsoavailableonsite),deposits to bank, POS payments, bank drafts and cheques. TNSS does NOT permit cashpaymentforanyservices.
