Summit Focus:
The Missing Link for Many Learners
Strong Fluency, Prosody and Comprehension Skills
Predict Literacy Success for a Lifetime.
The innovative BC experiential curriculum anticipates that students ought to choose for
themselves which topic or phenomenon they want to study, problem solve and collaborate in
teams bearing in mind their ambitions for the future and their capabilities.
While many children in elementary schools master Foundational Skills they struggle with Fluency
and Comprehension Skills resulting in an inability to proceed with project work and independent
research.
This is an ideal Summit for Elementary and Middle School teachers who are working with
struggling readers not yet ready to be independent researchers. Fluency and comprehension
begin in kindergarten!
Join us at this Summit with our expert authors, including Dr. Richard Allington, world renowned
intervention expert. Authors’ books will be available for purchase.
