Sunday 21 June 2020 4.15AM TO 9.30PM
Welcome to our Sunrise to Sunset Activity Day Programme
There are 58 different activities you can join during the day. This is amazing and a huge thanks to all those volunteers that will be running these events.
Some are live and some are pre-recorded. To Join a Live activity Registration is easy, just click on the live activity in the programme and it will take you to a simple form where you can give us your contact details. Your email address will be used only by the lead volunteer for that activity. During Friday 19th and Saturday 20th June they will send you a link to join the activity on the day. Once the event is closed, the emails will be deleted by the lead volunteer. If you are choosing an activity with a list of equipment, you can gather that well before the event as some involve collecting a few things. Some activities for younger members will need adult supervision and we urge parents to do a quick risk assessment of any dangers especially for our exercise activities. All live events will have two adult volunteers attending to ensure the safeguarding of our young people. Bookings will close at 2pm on Thursday 18 June. To Join a Pre-recorded Event Before the 21st, we will publish on the County website and Facebook page the links you need to tune in. So just note the time of the event, pick up the link and tune in!
It would be great if everyone could join us for the campfire and closing event where our mystery guest will be revealed
