of the New gTLD program. It is not an exact replica of TAS and ICANN may continue to make modifications to TAS up to launch.

This is the first step in the process
of submitting an application.
Your name and email entered here
will be used as the primary contact
for your TAS account and
corresponds to question 6 of the
Applicant Guidebook (AGB). It will
be used to pre-populate the
respective responses in the
evaluation questionnaire.
Take care to ensure this
information is entered fully and

Registration will close two weeks
prior to the end of the application

To obtain a TAS account, you must
agree to the TAS Terms of Use.

an account in TAS.
An email will be sent to the
indicated email address in order to
confirm it.

is only for users that are completing
the application process on behalf of
other applying entities.
Those users will be required to
create Applicant Profiles different
from the User Profile.
Where an Applicant is the applying
entity, the Applicant Profile is
automatically created from the User
Profile so no action is required on
this screen.

When the ICANN review is
completed and approved, your first
task is displayed in the task list.
You will also receive an email every
time you have a new task,
indicating you should log in and
complete the task.

The task will appear in a pop-up
screen. It is advised that you turn

attempting to start a task.

Per the Applicant Guidebook, a
deposit is required in order to proceed.
You will not be able to begin
completing the application until ICANN
has received and cleared your deposit.
TAS cannot be used to perform any
financial transactions. Wiring
instructions will be displayed at the top
of the deposit remittance screen.
Applicants will need to use this
information to wire their deposit.
Once the deposit has been wired,
return to this task to enter the wire
details. This screen represents
question 12 a,d,e, & f of the Applicant
Guidebook.
Click Submit Deposit Details to alert
ICANN Finance that your wire has
been sent. This will generate a task
for them to confirm receipt of your
deposit.

When the application progress
indicator reaches 100%, a
message will appear allowing you
to submit your application and
proceed to paying the application
fee.

appears in your task list. A pop-up
will appear for you to enter
payment information. Be sure to
turn off any pop-up blockers.
After you submit the application,
you may continue to access and
edit your responses until the
application deadline at which time

one week prior to the end of the
application submission window.

a,d,e, & f of the Applicant
Guidebook.
TAS cannot be used to perform any
financial transactions. Wiring
instructions are displayed at the top
of the screen. Applicants will need
to use this information to wire their
application fee.
Once the fee has been wired,
return to this task to enter the wire
details. Click Submit to alert
ICANN Finance that your wire has
been sent. This will generate a
task for them to confirm receipt of
your application fee.

Submission of this application is
complete and you have no more

has received and cleared your
