across 3 NZ Councils
• Result showed Councils were reactive with road maintenance
expenditure
• Data remodelled using Proactive Maintenance Strategy &
showed significant cost savings.
• Reprised Paper looks at results of reinvesting Proactive
Maintenance Strategy cost savings
