The first Bloom Event was held in October 2012 at the Shangri La Hotel, Cairns. The concept of Bloom came
about when it was recognised that more information is needed in the area of preventative health. Much
focus today is on raising awareness and early diagnosis whereas there are simple steps we can take to help
prevent disease in the first place, and support the body’s natural healing process. Through delivering
professional events such as Bloom we can share knowledge, educate ourselves, support each other and
inspire vibrant, healthy living within our community.
The day provides a wonderful opportunity in the beautiful tropical surrounds of the Cairns Colonial
Club to connect and network with people who are keen to improve their health and wellbeing, or for
those seeking support on their wellness journey.

1. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, however, please note that attention is also paid to creating a well-balanced event. The organiser reserves the right to
accept or reject any application and to exclude and/or being removed, any exhibit, which in their opinion, is not suitable, acceptable or in accordance with the purpose of the expo.
2. Bloom Expo reserves the right to amend the sponsorship/expo program or tailor sponsorship packages to benefit the sponsor and/or the event. Every effort will be made to maximise
sponsor/exhibitor benefits as well as attendees experience.
3. Exhibits, fittings, tools and all goods or other articles brought onto premises by the exhibitor will be at the sole risk of the exhibitor. The organiser will not be responsible for damage to
any exhibits caused by loss, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes or by the interference or negligence of any persons.

The organiser shall use its best endeavours to ensure the supply of services and to ensure the expo proceeds as agreed but shall not be liable to the exhibitor for any losses or damage in
the event of the exhibition being postponed, abandoned, interrupted, prematurely concluded, held on a reduced scale by reason of fire, storm, floods, Acts of God, or any other cause
outside the direct control of the organiser. The exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, nor shall they be relieved of the obligation to pay any amount due under
this agreement. The organiser shall not be liable in any way for the expenditure or loss incurred by the exhibitor.
5. The organiser reserves the right to allocate exhibition space in accordance with the best interest of the event. The organiser reserves the right to review and alter the stand layout plan
and/or reallocate exhibitors without acceptance of liability to the Exhibitor or anyone else.
6. The expo opens to the public at 9:00am on Saturday 8th October. Set up will be available from 7:00am. Please be at your table by 8:30am. All tables must remain set up and operational
until close at 4:30pm.
7. Exhibitors must notify the event organiser of ANY catering, even just sampling of food items on the day as a waiver form must be signed and completed by the Exhibitor to waive the
Cairns Colonial Club of any responsibility of foods not supplied by them. Please request a waiver form to be emailed.

Site fees include the following furniture items:
1 x table 2 x chairs (Backing boards can be hired at extra cost from EventsNQ)
Please advise in advance if a power source is required.
Wireless internet access can be made available, please advise if required so arrangements for users can be made.
9. I authorize the event producer to make use of my appearance in photography and videotaped images for the purpose of advertising or promotional material created or used in
connection with Bloom Wellbeing Events.
10. Entry/Exit via the Conference Centre located on Behan Street. CAR PARKING: The Conference Centre offers
direct access for guests via Behan Street, with ample FREE parking right outside.
11. Exhibitors must have public liability insurance
12. RAFFLE GIFT: (Optional) Exhibitor can donate a gift or discount voucher for raffle drawing throughout the event. Gifts or vouchers amount can be at Exhibitor’s discretion. Proceeds from
expo will go to COUCH Wellness Centre.
