5 Key Trends Impacting MSPs Customer environments are becoming more complex not less, and customer (user) expectations are increasing – our challenge! In the future customers will need two things more than ever
1) a “trusted advisor” - someone who understands their environment and can help guide them going forward
2) someone to call if they have a problem (who can organise the fix for them)
MSPs are getting stronger (at the expense of break/fix traditional resellers) Infrastructure support is becoming commoditized – need for new annuity revenue streams (good news!) User self help is the holy grail
